ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, ALTEN Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto. Within the Porto’s Treasury team, this person will be dedicated to Anotech that is an ALTEN Solution headquartered in France (Toulouse) with subsidiaries and branches all over the world (Europe, North America, Africa, Asia).
As an International Treasurer, its main mission is to monitor, follow-up and control all the bank accounts of Anotech so as to ensure smooth execution of all the payments. It involves as well production of treasury reports and a lot of interactions with Anotech teams (mainly based in France) and Anotech CFO.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily bank accounts,
- Generate, validate, and monitor payments and troubleshoot in case of anomalies,
- Manage beneficiary master data in the ERP and Treasury tools: validation of bank details; validation of workflows for supplier creation,
- Prepare cash forecasts and analyse financing needs, manage credit lines,
- Ensure banking relationships : daily communication if needed, account opening, KYC, etc.,
- Participate in the administration and management of treasury tools,
- Collaborate with the accounting department, payroll department, sales administration (ADV), human resources (ADP), and Group Treasury.
- Bachelor’s in business, accounting or finance with a first professional experience in treasury or accounting with at least between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role,
- Fluent in English (C1) and French is a plus,
- Ability in Excel,
- Knowledge of Treasury (e.g. Kyriba) or Banking tools,
- ERP (SAP, Oracle, Unit 4) and PowerBI is highly appreciated,
- Knowledge of basics in internal control,
- Rigor & attention to details,
- Excellent communication skills.
