ABOUT PORTO & POSITION
In order to support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are looking for an Training Assistant to manage the administrative operations of the internal training organization, acting as the main point of contact for all support functions, including HR, Finance, and Technical teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Training Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our internal training programs across the Group. Your main responsibilities include:
• Administration of sessions in the LMS (TalentSoft): from creation to closure of sessions, employee registration, correction of anomalies (preparation of quarterly financial reports).
• Management of specific enrollments, CLIENT trainings on their platforms in compliance with client processes: account creation by the employee, purchase and assignment of the training, monitoring completion within deadlines by employees, closure on the platform (certificate), updating the billing file.
• Management of funding related to training sessions administered in the LMS: preparation of purchase requests or OPCO funding requests.
• Monitoring the completion of individual or group language trainings, sending reminders if necessary, receiving and/or updating purchase orders.
• Forwarding to the Safety department the documents required for the issuance of notices and/or authorization certificates.
• All tasks are part of Alten’s training management process.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in the field;
• Fluent in French and good level of English;
• Knowledge how training is organized, Rigorous and dynamic, you have a good analytical mind;
• A good communicator (written and oral) and diplomatic, you will naturally establish yourself with internal contacts and suppliers.
