ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are seeking a Billing financial analyst english speaker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring the invoicing process by a regular update of various reportings for our billing team,
• Taking part in monthly closings and intercompany transactions,
• Checking invoicing details,
• Involvement in the respect of internal invoicing procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Good level of English and good level of French, 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and rigorous
• Appetence for information systems: Excel (advanced level), SAP and ideally PowerBi knowledge
• Accounting knowledge.
