ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, We are seeking an experienced Billing Team Leader to coach the delivery of part of billing operations for France within our Service Center. This role will report to the Billing Service delivery Manager of the Service Center. As one of the main actor of the transition phase, the Billing Team Leader will be in charge of completing the process documentation to prepare and ease the activity transfer. Once the transfer will be completed, he will be in charge of coaching part of the billing team.
For this position, the selected candidate will have to undergo on-the-job training directly in Paris, lasting at least for 1 month.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead a team of billing specialists,
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing and motivated team,
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture within the Team.
Billing Process Optimization:
- Review and enhance end-to-end billing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy,
- Ensure related documentation is up to date Internal Client Interaction and Relationship.
Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the internal clients served by the team,
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique billing needs and expectations,
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain strong client relationships
Quality Assurance and Performance Metrics:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing accuracy and service delivery,
- Implement corrective actions to address discrepancies and improve performance,
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Maintain training materials for Service Center billing staff and ensure training sessions,
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field,
- Proven experience in billing operations within a service center environment (3/4 yers),
- A first and successful experience in management, hands-on (1/2 years),
- In-depth knowledge of billing systems (SAP) and processes,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in French and English.
