The Transformation Department is spearheading the redesign and digitalization of operational finance and administrative processes, initially focusing on the European region. To support this ambitious transformation of support functions, the division is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive and facilitate the ongoing Transformation Program. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in reshaping our European Administration & Finance organization and steering it towards operational excellence
1. Develop and implement the change management strategy to support the successful adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working within the organization. Track and measure the effectiveness of change activities, using data and feedback to continuously improve the change approach,
2. Creation of communication support, design execute and coordinate communication plans tailored to different stakeholder groups, ensuring consistent, timely, and clear messaging throughout the transformation program.
3. Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and business leaders, promoting a culture of change agility and continuous improvement,
4. Identify key stakeholders and manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment, addressing concerns, and promoting active participation in the change journey,
5. Support training and capability-building efforts, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure end-users are equipped for the transition.

Technical Skills
- Possessing a known level of certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PMI, PMO PMI) and/or operational excellence (Lean Belt, etc.),
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and communication tools.

Education :
- Master's degree, with significant first-hand experience (at least 5 years) in project/ change management,
