ABOUT PORTO & THE POSITION
To support our continued European growth, ALTEN has established a Shared Service Center in Porto to provide operational support to its European subsidiaries.

We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Specialist (French Speaker) to join our Learning & Development team.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and international teams, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing innovative digital learning solutions that support ALTEN France and the Group's training strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design learning solutions based on client and business needs, providing recommendations on the most appropriate instructional and visual approach.
• Create and develop digital learning content using Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Suite (Storyline and Rise), including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, illustrations, infographics, and other training materials.
• Produce prototypes, storyboards, and mock-ups to support learning projects.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including content publication, learning path configuration, learner management, and reporting.
• Monitor, analyze, and report learning KPIs to assess engagement and training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with international teams and subject matter experts on cross-functional learning and development projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital learning methodologies, tools, and processes.
  
  

PROFILE

• Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Marketing, Communication, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• Previous experience in digital learning, instructional design, e-learning development, or digital content creation.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and digital production tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Native or fluent French and a good level of English.
