ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Expenses administrative technician french speaker.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Department and working closely with the operational business, you will:

  • Ensure timely payment of expenses,
  • Assist staff with Vision/Expensya and MyTrip tasks,
  • Address queries on expenses and allowances,
  • Resolve claims with employees and management,
  • Audit expenses per company policies and tax rules.

This description considers the main responsibilities; it is not exhaustive.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • With a bachelor’s degree, you have some initial experience or a significant work placement in administrative management,
  • You have a good level of English and knowledge of English is appreciated,
  • Knowledge of SAP software is a plus,
  • Rigorous, organized, and responsive, with good interpersonal skills and a sense of service, you enjoy working in a team and would like to join a dynamic department as soon as possible.
