ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Expenses administrative technician french speaker.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Department and working closely with the operational business, you will:
- Manage our consultants' expenses,
- Process expense claims in accordance with deadlines, checking original receipts, distance travelled in kilometres, IGD France or International,
- Check that the expense claim is consistent with the activity for month M and the travel requests,
- Manage and validate ‘To be authorised’ expense claims and follow up with managers as appropriate,
- Ensure that the employee understands and enters the information into the portal and make any corrections,
- Validate the consistency of the data submitted by the employee and their manager, - Check the accuracy of the data,
- Process advances of expenses granted and manage the recovery of advances,
- Alert the N+1 in the event of difficulties encountered with employees and managers.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications
- With a bachelor’s degree, you have some initial experience or a significant work placement in administrative management,
- You have a good level of French and knowledge of English is appreciated,
- Knowledge of SAP software is a plus,
- Rigorous, organized, and responsive, with good interpersonal skills and a sense of service, you enjoy working in a team and would like to join a dynamic department as soon as possible.
