We are currently in the search of a HR business analyst to join our offices in Porto.
ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a HR business analyst.
Reporting locally to the HR Business Analyst Team Leader, the candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Business Analyst teams based in Porto and in France.
PROFILE:
- A good level of English (B2) is mandatory, and a working knowledge of French (B1) is appreciated,
- Capacity to quickly gain autonomy and take ownership of assigned tasks,
- Ability to lead topics and drive initiatives within one’s scope,
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect teams and stakeholders,
- Good organizational skills and autonomy in managing daily activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project management:
- Act as the lead on your own stream,
- Organize and coordinate activities, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders,
- Act as a key relay between business teams and technical teams,
- Contribute to the deployment kit and support its continuous improvement.
Key user communication :
- Interact with key users in France and abroad,
- Lead workshops to identify and analyze user needs,
- Support key users in expressing and formalizing their requirements.
Continuous improvement:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and deployment of processes in line with the core model solutions.
