ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Junior accounts payable - French speaker. This role will report to the Accounts payable team leader of the SSC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process all flows within your scope ranging from data control of incoming invoices (scanned and dematerialized), to the accounting and analytical reconciliation of orders, to the recording of invoices and their payments for all CSP companies ;
• Carry out all operations while guaranteeing quality and compliance with deadlines;
• Be the preferred contact for suppliers and internal teams;
• Analyze and justify the precedence of invoices received and to be received in coordination with the operational teams;
• Actively participate in monthly accounting closings through the calculation and accounting of FNP / CCA within the imposed deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in the field,
• Fluent in French and good level of English,
• Good knowledge in SAP and Excel,
• Rigorous and dynamic, you have a good analytical mind,
• A good communicator (written and oral) and diplomatic, you will naturally establish yourself with internal contacts and suppliers.
