ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Senior FP&A analyst.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Controlling :

• Monitor the budget of several Corporate Departments: prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with operational managers; oversee monthly closings within the assigned scope; analyze actuals vs. budget as well as multi-year trends,
• Manage dashboards during monthly and quarterly closings for the Group Executive Management,
• Define and implement key performance indicators across various Departments to monitor the evolution of specific metrics in relation to the Group’s overall performance,
• Act as a Business Partner on the Management Control side to support operational teams in their activities and help them make data-driven and reliable decisions.

Management :

• Report to the Head of Corporate Services controlling team based in France,
• Manage and develop the local team of junior controllers.

•Master’s degree in finance, economics, or management with at least 7-10 years' experience in the field,
• Fluent in English,
• Knowledge in SAP FI/CO and Excel,
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
