ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:


To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Talent acquisition partner French speaker.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment processes,
    Understanding the company's goals,
  • Defining a process tailored to different needs and profiles,
  • Actively participating in HR-related events (meetups; job fairs),
  • Ability to maintain an ongoing talent network for future opportunities,
  • Managing information between different stakeholders,
  • Contribute to the creation/updating of knowledge articles,
  • Contribute to actions to improve the quality of services by identifying and reporting on possible areas of improvement related to the service's activity.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or psychology,
  • At least, 6 months of experience as a recruiter or a first internship in the IT field,
  • Good level of French and English (at least C1 level),
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Multitasking and different interviewing methodologies skills,
    Driven by team spirit.
