YOU...

• coordinate and monitor quality requirements within engineering and development projects.
• ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and internal processes.
• support and advise Project Managers throughout project execution.
• act as an interface between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, project reviews, and quality assessments.
• collect and monitor project KPIs to measure performance and efficiency.
• analyze results and derive improvement actions.
• prepare quality reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and quality processes.

YOU...

• hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable technical field.
• have initial experience through internships, working student positions, or a first role in project management, quality assurance, or engineering.
• are interested in project management, quality assurance, and process optimization.
• possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.
• bring an assertive and pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on quality.
• are comfortable working with KPIs, reports, and project data.
• have very good written and spoken English skills.
