ALTEN Technology USA is looking for a business manager in order to develop the US market.

Responsibilities:

• Select, hire, and supervise staff in all areas of the business
• Business prospection
• Develop client portfolio
• Manage existing key accounts
• Make business plans
• Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent
•3+ years' of relevant work experience in Business Management or Sales or Project Management
•Fluent English
•Engineering background required in the aeronautical, automotive or energy sector
•General business skills including budget preparation, business and client prospection, staff development, and recruitment
•Requires reasoning ability, excellent communication skills, proactivity and interpersonal skills
