ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:


To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Project Portfolio Management System - Solution Analyst to join the existing CRM & PPM team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage functional and technical support tickets (Level 1 and Level 2) via ServiceNow,
  • Monitor and maintain interfaces with other systems of the ecosystem,
  • Ensure quality of service to users,
  • Keep documentation up to date,
  • Report regularly to the Competence Center Manager,
  • Operate with Alten’s CIO department working practices to ensure compliance.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum (or equivalent years of experience) - Master’s degree is a plus,
  • At least 2 years of professional IT experience in Solution Management,
  • Background in Enterprise service, or industrial CIO organisation is preferred,
  • Sound experience (2 years minimum) as a Solution manager on PPM Tools (PlanView, ChangePoint would be a plus),
  • Skills and proven experience in functional and technical support (ServiceNow would be a plus),
  • Fluent in English & French is a very highly valuable,
  • Strongly customer-oriented, strong relationship management, organization, and time management skills,
  • Solid oral and written communication skills,
  • Solid human relations skills,
  • True team worker with good analytical skills who likes to share knowledge.
