ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our Global intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto, with and internal team that must provide IT support to the group European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a SAP HCM/HR Junior Consultant.
You will be part of the ALTEN Service Center team in Porto. This internal team will consist of up to 300 dedicated members within a multinational company. Your role involves maintaining, implementing, and improving the SAP ERP HCM systems for Alten Group Entities, and contributing to the company's short, mid, and long-term digital transformation roadmap.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
· Provide Functional and technical support to users of the application.
· Work around corrective and evolutive maintenance tasks, as well as related to Support and Helpdesk for end users.
· Support and evolve SAP HCM on several modules (PA – OM – Time Management – CATS ), linked to a Fiori portal.
· Perform requirement analysis to understand the needs from the Business around ERP processes.
· Design the setup, and even improvements or customizations, of the solution to answer the business needs and local specificities.
· Liaise with product managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements, or ideas to help them innovate.
· Use of SAP ABAP, at global level, will be required for debug, specifying and managing interfaces.
· Study new functionality within the SAP HCM Product family and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements within your area of expertise.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
· Able to understand and define the real needs and requirements of various stakeholders.
· Strong problem resolution, negotiation/communication, and influencing skills.
· Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.
· Experience around requirement analysis and processes analysis/improvements in regards with the implementation and use of an ERP system
· Experience creating documentation such as business case documentation or business requirements summaries.
· Highly motivated, analytical, flexible, dynamic, committed person, and used to work within an international and multicultural team.
· Technical expertise around ERP environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Engineering / Economics or Business Administration / Technology bachelor’s degree;
· Master’s degree in Business or Technology will be high valuable
· Knowledge and experience around ECC, SAP S4HANAwill be a plus
· Experience working across a range of implementations/projects, maintenance activities and upgrades/migrations of SAP ERP.
· Background in Enterprise service, or industrial CIO organisation is preferred.
· English level: demonstrated high level. French language will be a “plus”;
·SAP official certification module will be high valuable;
