As a member of the Group Strategy team (reporting to the Group President), the Consultant is an essential member of the group strategy’s rollout.

Your role:

• In charge of Operational Strategy streams, which can be (illustrative):
  • Prepare strategic market studies and convert those into strategic development plans
  • Support and monitor the execution of strategic development plans
  • Trigger growth accelerators: scout for acquisition options (M&A), search for Executives,…
• Contribute to strategic watch initiatives, in particular Gen-AI, customer/competitor analysis
• Contribute to team development: coach more junior resources, develop in-house strategic analysis tools,…
• Liaise with all functions of the group to collect information, share insights and more globally to animate a network of experts (Directors, finance controllers, HR, technical experts, IT, etc.)

Professional track:

• First successful work experience in a highly demanding environment (2-4 years of experience)
• Possibly highly talented junior with exposure to similar complexity

Education:

First-Tier academics: top level Engineering school. Double graduation in Business is a plus

• Fluent in French and English
