ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are seeking a Change Manager to join our Shared Services Centre and support the overall ongoing Transformation Program. This is an exciting opportunity to support the transformation of our European Administration & Finance Organization driving them to operational excellence. The Change manager will report locally to the General Manager, with a functional link to our head of process management organization located in France.
Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining and implementing the communication and change strategy associated with the execution of key digital and/or organizational projects,
- Providing logistical and methodological support for facilitating business communities,
- Supporting communication initiatives locally, and managing the program's newsletter (editorial content, coordinating article collection, reviewing and formatting the newsletter, publication) at group level,
- Managing and developing communication kits & tools such as Sendiblu, Sharepoint, SSC web page, etc.

PROFILE:
- Master's degree, with significant first-hand experience (at least 5 years) in project management and coordination,
- Proficiency in English and French,
- Meticulous, with strong analytical, synthesis, and verbal and written communication skills,
- Curious, proactive, autonomous, and positive,
- Possessing a known level of certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PMI, PMO PMI) and/or operational excellence (Lean Belt, etc.),
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and communication tools.
