ABOUT THE COMPANY:

ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for an Administrative assistant french speaker. Comprising 4 departments (Quality, Safety, CSR, Export Control), its role is to drive continuous improvement and performance, ensure the health and safety of the Group's employees, and lead the Sustainable Development strategy. 

You will work interactively in close collaboration with the directors and managers of the various departments.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and monitor orders for consumables, PPE and work tools,
  • Manage requests for access to nuclear power plants,
  • Documentary collection and drafting of authorizations,
  • Provision of delegations of signature for prevention plans,
  • Organization and drafting of safety COPIL minutes and weekly team meetings,
  • Entry and follow-up of DQP requests and incidents reported on MySupport,
  • Distribution of prevention plans on the HR portal.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Fluent in French,
  • You have at least 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant (preferably),
  • You are recognized for your written and oral communication skills, your dynamism, and your strong team spirit,
  • Rigorous, organized, and responsive, you have a real understanding of business and operational issues.
