ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Junior Consultant.

You will work interactively in close collaboration with the Managers of the O2C Area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand operational processes,
• Create clear end-to-end procedures concerning the operational processes,
• Participate in the standardization of the processes,
• Be a key player in the continuous improvement of processes in the shared services center.

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance,  Management or Accounting, 
• Fluent in English (French is a plus),
• You have at least 2 years' experience in consulting (preferably),
• Strong understanding of business and operational processes,
• Ability to create detailed and clear procedures.
• Experience in process standardization,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives,
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
