As a Solution Analyst, you will play a central role in the operational maintenance and continuous improvement of Front Office solutions. Working closely with business teams in France and abroad, you will join the current Solution analyst Team in Porto to support the Business in achieving their objectives and developing their business, by contributing your technical and functional expertise. You ensure constant alignment between user needs, technical constraints, solution evolutions and support. The functional scope is about HR and Skills processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Participate in the resolution of incidents, usage reminder and bugs analysis (analysis, prioritization, coordination of corrections) in the LVL 2 Solution Analyst Team;

· Master a SaaS solution and Home Made solution in order to explain how it works;

· Monitor functional and technical changes to the solution (roadmap, new features, updates);

· Help users to understand and use new features or releases;

· Work closely with the Solution Manager, Product Owner and Business Analyst to maintain and build the Product Backlog;

· Challenge business needs to propose optimized, innovative or easier-to-implement solutions;

· Identify possible optimizations in the solution with a view to reducing irritants, costs or process complexity;

· Respond to Users requests according to Front Office guidelines;

· Ensure Maintenance of the applications by following editors or developers roadmap;

· Degree in computer science is mandatory;

· Between 2 and 4 years of experience in IT;

· Good understanding of Information system;

· Good level in SQL and any other programming language (Java should be nice to have);

· Good level in Excel and Powerpoint;

· Good analytical, comprehension and synthesis skills;

· Ability to challenge business requirements to identify the best solutions and to write functional specifications and model processes;

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

· Experience in handling and monitoring incidents and functional bugs;

· Professional English and French is required (written and spoken).
