As a DIVISION DIRECTOR for ALTEN Belgium, you will be responsible for the development and the growth
of your own business unit working finding out new business opportunities and challenges. As a strategic
thought-partner you will report to the Managing Director ALTEN Benelux. You will be a hands-on manager,
leading and developing your local team of business managers to support the following areas: further
business growth, development of new local offerings, key account management, further transformation
towards consultative selling, and involvement in global sales strategy of the division.

Your objectives:
• Organizing the Business Development strategy.
• Developing and executing business plan.
• Hunting for new business from current and potential customers.
• Matching ALTEN solutions with potential client challenges and needs.
• Managing your customer portfolio to ensure recurring business.
• Coaching and empowering your team of Business Managers.
• Cherishing excellent employee experience.
• Managing with your team and the experts the recruitments of new talents with the help of a
recruitment team.
• Leading your growing group of consultants.

Your qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, information systems, technology or equivalent professional. An additional degree in Management is a plus.
• 10+ years’ relevant experience of key account management, sales, business strategies for the Engineering and IT field within the consultancy sector.
• You are native in French or Dutch, and you have a good level of English.
• Relevant experience in people management.
• You are a true people leader with strong business-oriented mindset.
• Detail and team oriented with excellent cross-functional team leadership and participation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
