ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Java/SQL Support Engineer.

Inside Front Office Digital Factory team, the L2 support Analyst will be in charge of maintaining almost 3 home made applications around consultant skills & careers, staffing + organisational sales processes, following L2 ITIL SLA guidelines.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
- Support and maintain custom solutions developed in Java, SQL, Angular
- Analyse & Provide support requested by end-users
- Take part of the resolution following the SLA
- Investigate in the Database and Java code to better understand the problem
- Identify bugs vs changes requests which requires strong developments
- Estimate bugs and requests backlog with the team and follow time resolution
- Take part to the the test and communicate delivery status to end-users
- Ensure that US/Bugs development are well understand by the development team
- Participate to Digital ceremonies

Job Tasks:
- Participate to RUN activities for home made applications
- Receive, analyse, Tag, Organize tickets raised by end-users in Service Now
- Be the first technical contact for L1 and end users
- Understand processes and provide guidance to end-users
- Analyse Data in Postgres DB and Code in Java/Angular to identify if there is a bug
- In case of bugs, create a PBI in Azure Devops
- Write the specifications and ensure that it's well understood by developers
- Help QA/PO to write tests acceptance cases
- Participate to estimate (planning poker) with L3 Developers
- Inform L1 and end-users about time resolution
- Update Servicenow and Azure devops information
- Report L2 activities to solution manager

- 2+ years of experience
- Knowledge in SQL, Java (Angular is a plus) -
- Engineer school or computer school
