ABOUT PORTO & POSITION
In order to support our intensive European, the Group has decided to build a Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are looking for a Social relations officer french speaker.
Within the HR department, you will work closely with the HR Administration Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the following missions:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organization and preparation of CSE meetings and its committees: meeting scheduling, room booking, preparation of agendas, sending invitations, collection and preparation of required documents, attendance sheets, drafting of minutes and communication after management validation, updating the BDESE;
- Contribution to the preparation of Social Reports, Gender Equality Reports, Occupational Health and Safety (SSCT) reports, etc., and ensuring their distribution;
- Organization and coordination of site visits: receipt of visit schedules, informing participants, preparation of required documentation, follow-up of visit reports and related action plans with the relevant departments, monitoring site openings;
- Follow-up of employee representatives: monitoring appointments, updating related lists, tracking delegation hours, expenses, and travel requests;
- Monitoring and updating mandatory workplace postings in coordination with local agencies;
- Contribution to the process of employee representative elections.
Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 a 4 years in similar roles and possess;
- Fluent in French and good level of English;
- Solid knowledge of labor law regulations and employee representative bodies (IRP) operations;
- Excellent command of IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential;
- Curious, dynamic, and versatile, you have a strong sense of priorities and responsibility, and you are able to take initiative and demonstrate adaptability;
- Your ability to anticipate, your organizational skills, and your autonomy enable you to successfully carry out your missions within the required deadlines;
- Your availability and sense of confidentiality, combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit, are key assets that will allow you to succeed in this role.
