• Select, hire, and supervise staff in all areas of the business
• Business prospection
• Develop client portfolio
• Manage existing key accounts

• Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent English

• Strong sales profile

• Experience in workpackages
• Engineering background required in the aeronautical and/or automotive sector
• General business skills including budget preparation, business and client prospection, staff development, and recruitment
• Requires reasoning ability, excellent communication skills, proactivity and interpersonal skill
