Experience required:

• Fluent in English

• Bachelors or master's degree in Engineering, Management or Business administration.

• Engineering background required in the aeronautical, automotive or energy sector.

• General business skills including budget preparation, business and client prospection, staff development, and recruitment.

• Demonstrable experience in leading teams and performing business development activities.

• Experience working autonomously, being result oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and natural leadership is crucial.
