ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our Global intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto, with and internal team that must provide IT support to the group European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Salesforce Solution Analyst & Administrator.
You will be part of the ALTEN Service Center team in Porto. This internal team will consist of up to 300 dedicated members within a multinational company. Your role involves maintaining, implementing, and improving the solution for Alten Group Entities, and contributing to the company's short, mid, and long-term digital transformation roadmap.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
• Analyse & Configure Enhancements and solutions to Incidents
• Manage functional and technical support tickets (Level 2 and Level 3) via ServiceNow
• Manage Salesforce Releases and Testing
• Ensure quality of service to users / Keep documentation up to date
• Report regularly to the Competence Center Manager
• Operate with Alten’s CIO’s teams to ensure integration and compliance

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications
• From a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience (1 year minimum) in agile delivery mode
• Skills and proven experience in functional and technical support (ServiceNow would be a plus)
• Strongly customer-oriented, strong relationship management, organization, and time management skills
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Solid human relations skills / True team worker with good analytical skills who likes to share knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree Minimum (or equivalent years of experience) - Master’s degree is a plus
• Salesforce Administrator Certification Minimum
• Background in Enterprise service, or industrial CIO organisation is preferred
• Fluent in English & French is a very highly valuable
