ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our Global intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative support to the Global subsidiaries, with specil focus in Europ. In this context, we are seeking for a SAP SD & MM Consultant.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Facilitate business process discussions, solution design, documentation, configuration, testing, and end-user support;
• Promote and implement best-practice solutions, proactively address and troubleshoot project issues;
• Provide technical/functional direction for large-scale enterprise applications projects;
• Collaborate with the SAP Competence Center team for Sales & Purchasing to support SAP MM & SD functions;
• Support SAP Sales and Purchasing functions, including troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, projects, and enhancements;
• Scope and estimate business requirements;
• Resolve service request tickets in line with SLAs;
• Support deployment and provide post-production support for applications;
• Participate in system and application upgrades, enhancements, and resolutions;
• Work effectively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams;
• Identify, assess, and solve business problems within the area of responsibility;
• Support SAP team members in SAP MM & SD implementations, enhancements, and support;
• Handle corrective and evolutive maintenance tasks, support, and helpdesk for end users as needed.

• Strong understanding and ability to define stakeholder needs and requirements;
• Excellent problem resolution, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills;
• Ability to engage developers and business partners to achieve desired outcomes;
• Experience in requirement analysis, process improvements, and ERP system implementation;
• Skilled in creating functional specifications and transitioning requirements to design, setup, and configuration;
• Highly motivated, analytical, flexible, agile, and dynamic, with strong commitment;
• Effective communication with diverse, international, and multicultural teams;
• Passionate about Digital Transformation and leveraging new technologies and SAP versions;
• Good understanding of Sales and Purchasing business processes;
• Strong SAP expertise, including SD (Contract, Billing, Work in Progress) and MM modules (Purchase request, purchase order, workflow) with FI integration;
• Knowledge of SAP DIP (Dynamic Items Processor) is a plus;
• Familiarity with LSMW, IDOC, and ABAP reading.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering/ Economics or Business Administration/ Technology bachelor’s degree;
• Master’s degree in Business or Technology will be high valuable;
• From 5 years of experience working across a range of implementations/projects, or maintenance activities and upgrades/migrations of SAP ERP;
• Knowledge and experience around SAP S4HANA;
• Background in Enterprise service, or industrial CIO organisation is preferred;
• English level: demonstrated high level. French language will be a plus;
• SAP official certification module will be high valuable.
