ALTEN, in its capacity as Data Controller, is committed to complying with the Data Protection Regulations and in particular the amended "Data Processing and Individual Liberties" Act of 6 January 1978 and European Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
ALTEN has collected your data:
> Based on our legitimate interest, as a company with a very high recruitment volume, to consult and analyse the data you have made public in order to assess whether we could offer you a job;
> When you have applied directly for a position at ALTEN, as this is a pre-contractual measure necessary in the initial stages of recruitment.
In the first case, your data allows us to search for and identify relevant profiles in order to gather applications for positions to be filled. In both cases, we have assessed that your professional skills and aptitudes may correspond to the position(s) to be filled.
The data stored on our recruitment tool is only accessible to authorised persons. Our publisher, Talentsoft, which belongs to the CEGID Group, also has access to the data to ensure the maintenance and IT security of the tool, subject to our authorisation.
> Your data will be kept for a period of two years after our last contact, unless you object;
Your data will not be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area.
You may access your personal data, rectify it, ask for it to be deleted, exercise your right to limit the processing of your data or object to it being processed. You may also exercise your right to data portability. Finally, you can give us instructions on what we should do with your data after your death.
To exercise these rights or if you have any questions about the processing of your data under this system, you can contact the Data Protection Officer by e-mail at dpo[at]alten.com, in person or by post at 40 avenue André Morizet, 92000 BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT.
You will be asked to provide proof of identity, as application data makes it easy for a malicious person to impersonate you, and we must therefore make access/deletion/portability as secure as possible.
If, after contacting us, you feel that your "Data Protection" rights have not been respected, you may submit a complaint to the CNIL.
