ABOUT PORTO & POSITION

In order to support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are looking for an Assistant Formation to manage the administrative operations of the internal training organization, acting as the main point of contact for all support functions, including HR, Finance, and Technical teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Assistant Formation, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our internal training programs across the Group. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage the administrative aspects of the internal training organization, including creating sessions, handling logistics, managing evaluations, and applying pricing in Amplify.
  • Support invoicing and collections related to training activities.
  • Monitor trainee satisfaction and handle complaints proactively, including analysis, calls, reporting, and implementation of action plans.
  • Act as a central point of contact for trainees, trainers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional training experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes, materials, and communications to enhance the overall employee learning experience.
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners and managers to support the alignment of training programs with business needs.
