ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:


To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Financial administrative technician -english speaker. This role will report to the Billing Manager of the Service Center.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collecting all the commercial documents required for your business on time,
  • Enter and validate orders in our information system,
  • Checking invoicing details and drawing up customer invoices,
  • Follow-up customers and manage any billing disputes,
  • Ensuring that sales are recognized and taking part in monthly closings by validating outstanding invoices by validating outstanding invoices.

For this role, there is a need to have at least one week's training directly in the UK.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Good knowledge in Excel and SAP,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
