ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Procurement administrative technician french speaker.

Working closely on a daily basis with the Business Managers, accounts, legal department, suppliers and sales, you will be responsible for managing your supplier/subcontractor portfolio from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking care of the start-up of a new supplier/subcontractor (referencing in SAP, creating the personnel number, sending the purchase order, issuing the contract),
  • Receive invoices and enter subcontractor activity reports,
  • Collect, check and update legal documents,
  • Be the main contact for suppliers and subcontractors to answer their questions and needs,
  • To be the guarantor of costs in the system, and to be able to answer the various questions about costs generated by subcontractors.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • With a 2 or 3-year degree specialising in administration or management, you will ideally have some initial experience in subcontracting, purchasing or accounting,
  • You are rigorous, organised and curious. Team spirit is important to you,
  • You'll be able to take the initiative, be proactive and have good interpersonal skills,
  • You have a good command of Excel,
  • Knowledge of SAP is an additional asset.
