ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Senior FP&A analyst French speaker.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring of premises costs in France in conjunction with the General Resources teams (budget preparation, cost control, reforecast and performance management),
• Calculation of re-invoicing to French subsidiaries (monthly invoicing and quarterly adjustments),
• Monitoring the cost of real estate projects (business plan preparation and follow up),
• Budgetary control for the General Resources / Purchasing department (budget preparation, cost control, reforecast and performance management,
• Redesign and automation of management files and tools.

• Master’s degree in finance, economics, or management with at least 5 years' experience in the field,
• Fluent in French and English,
• Knowledge in SAP FI/CO and Excel,
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
