Alten uses a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution to manage operationally and financially the fixed priced projects that are performed for its clients.

Alten’s Group IS&T Front Office Department is looking for a PPM Solution Manager to join the existing CRM & PPM team.

The role of the PPM Solution Manager is to Lead:

·         Support

·         Performance

·         Maintenance

·         Compliance

·         Enhancement

Profil

  • Manage functional and technical support tickets via ServiceNow
  • Monitor and maintain interfaces with other systems of the ecosystem
  • Ensure quality of service to users
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • Report regularly to the Competence Center Manager and collaborate with PPM Solution Manager
  • Operate with Alten’s IT department working practices to ensure compliance

 

Sound experience (2-3 years minimum) as a Solution manager ideally on PPM Tools (PlanView, ChangePoint would be a plus)

Skills and proven experience in functional and technical support (ServiceNow would be a plus)

Strongly customer-oriented, strong relationship management, organization, and time management skills

Solid oral and written communication skills

Solid human relations skills

True team worker with good analytical skills who likes to share knowledge
