ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are seeking a SSC Transformation Manager to join our Shared Services Centre and support the overall ongoing Transformation Program. This is an exciting opportunity to support the transformation of our European Administration & Finance Organization driving them to operational excellence. The SSC Transformation Manager will report locally to the General Manager, with a functional link to our head of process management organization located in France.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Change & Communication :

  • Defining and implementing the communication and change strategy associated with the execution of key digital and/or organizational projects,
  • Supporting communication initiatives locally, and managing the program's newsletter (editorial content, coordinating article collection, reviewing and formatting the newsletter, publication) at group level,

 

2. Project coordination :

  • Structure and follow up any project of activity transfer to our SSC from Porto perspective,
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and engagement.


3. KPI definition & follow up :

  • Define & align KPI for each activity delivered from Porto with the local and central management,
  • Monitor it.
     

4. Team Management :

  • Organize, structure and follow up a team of 10 people.

PROFILE:

  • Master's degree, with significant first-hand experience (at least 8 years) in project management, change and/or CI, for a CFO organization,
  • Proficiency in English and French,
    Meticulous, with strong analytical, synthesis, and verbal and written communication skills,
  • Curious, proactive, autonomous, and positive,
  • Possessing a known level of certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PMI, PMO PMI) and/or operational excellence (Lean Belt, etc.) or change methodologies,
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and communication tools.
