ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Travel & expenses french Speaker.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In direct contact with employees and travel suppliers, you will be responsible for :

  • Handling employee travel requests (hotel, air, rail and car hire) as quickly as possible;
  • Advising employees on their travel arrangements;
  • Ensure the ALTEN Group's travel policy is properly applied.

  • Submit travel proposals and monitor the validation process by the manager or customer;

  • Generate, validate and modify travel orders via supplier portals and internal tools;

  • Check tickets and vouchers issued by travel suppliers;

  • Ensure that travel services are provided correctly;

  • Register and update traveler profiles;

  • Check invoices.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field,
  • Fluent in French and good level of English,
  • Office knowledge of business travel tools (Online Booking Tool), ideally SAP Concur, 
  • Reliable and autonomous with good communication skills,
  • Rigorous, organized, with good time management skills and a sense of service, you enjoy working in a team and would like to join a dynamic department as soon as possible.
