ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a large Shared Services Center based in Porto. In this context, we are seeking a Unified Endpoint Specialist to join our international and multicultural team.
This role is key in designing, deploying, securing, and supporting endpoint management services across a large international environment. You will be responsible for managing Microsoft Intune-based endpoint services across Windows, macOS, mobile phones, and tablets, ensuring devices and applications remain compliant, secure, and operational at scale.
Working closely with infrastructure, security, support, and business teams, you will translate operational needs into technical solutions, standardized processes, and clear documentation for an environment of approximately 25,000 devices across 30 countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, deploy, secure, and support endpoint management services using Microsoft Intune;

Manage the complete device lifecycle, including enrollment, provisioning, configuration, compliance, support, retirement, and refresh;

Ensure endpoint services are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with global enterprise standards;

Manage Windows endpoints, including configuration profiles, security baselines, update policies, Autopilot, BitLocker, and endpoint protection;

Manage macOS devices, including enrollment methods, configuration profiles, FileVault, application deployment, and compliance enforcement;
Manage mobile devices and tablets across iOS/iPadOS and Android platforms;

Implement and maintain MDM, MAM, application protection, and corporate access policies;
Package, deploy, update, test, and troubleshoot applications across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android;

Develop and maintain scripts, connectors, and automation workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and related APIs;
Automate administration, reporting, compliance controls, device inventory, application deployment, policy management, and operational processes at scale;

Implement endpoint security controls such as encryption, configuration hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation;
Support compliance management, conditional access integration, security policies, and device posture enforcement;

Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to devices, applications, enrollment, policies, and user experience;
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, standards, runbooks, and support materials;

Security, Governance & Documentation
Implement endpoint security controls such as encryption, configuration hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation;
Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance standards, and security requirements;
Create and maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, standards, runbooks, and support materials for operational teams.

PROFILE:

Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management;

Solid knowledge of device lifecycle management across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android;

Experience with configuration profiles, security baselines, Autopilot, BitLocker, FileVault, MDM, MAM, app protection, and compliance policies;

Strong application packaging, deployment, update, testing, and troubleshooting skills across multiple platforms;

Good understanding of endpoint security, conditional access, encryption, patching, vulnerability remediation, and device posture enforcement;

Strong scripting and automation skills, especially with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and related APIs;

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to devices, applications, enrollment, policies, and user experience;

Good documentation skills, including procedures, standards, technical runbooks, and support materials;

Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset;

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with infrastructure, security, support, vendors, and business teams;
