ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
As the ServiceNow Solution Manager within the Alten Group Worldwide DSI, you will lead the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE), based in Porto, Portugal. This is a global role where you'll manage a techno-functional team and oversee all services related to the ServiceNow platform for Alten companies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Project Management: Manage a team of 6 experts, overseeing deployment and support for ServiceNow core modules like ITSM, HR, ITOM, and Facilities.
Governance & Roadmap: Define and manage the ServiceNow strategy and roadmap, align it with the group’s IT strategy, and ensure compliance with standards such as ISO, ITIL, and LEAN.
Service Delivery: Ensure timely and high-quality project execution while adhering to the budget.
Agile Methodologies: Manage project backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery using Agile/SCRUM methods.
Budget & Financial Management: Handle both recurring and non-recurring project budgets.
The role requires a strong background in ServiceNow (5-6 years), product ownership, and experience with digital transformation projects
• Manage the recurring and non-recurring budget related to the ServiceNow solutions run and projects activities.
• Make sure to have the appropriate level of contribution to deliver the scope of work for the projects you are engaged in.
• Rely on the Data and analytics solutions provided by the IM IT landscape to analyse the solutions Datas (ITSM, HR, Facilities, ITOM and AppEngine) in order to have more insights to support your decision-making.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent years of experience). [BAC+5]
• 10 years overall experience (3 to 4 years as product owner), while 5 to 6 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of ITIL (Certification is a plus).
• Experience in HR services digitalization with ServiceNow
• Experience in IT services digitalization with ServiceNow
• Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience in shaping strategies and vision, deliver solutions, and provide thought leadership.
• Experience in dealing with Cloud Offerings / SaaS.
• Effective interpersonal, communication skills to articulate at different levels of organization hierarchy
• Experience in managing and leading partner/supplier relationships.
• Strong financial and budget management
• Quality – Lean / Kanban / Six Sigma skills as plus
• Fluent English
